An award-winning graduate of Creative Advertising Communications and Media Studies  Tyler’s 17-year career in advertising design began as an agency production assistant at the age of 21.
An Advertising Designer by trade, Tyler prides himself on being exceptionally well versed on campaign and project execution, and he holds an almost religious belief in the power of creativity in selling ideas and products.
Tyler’s work has evolved alongside media industry and now is split between online systems’ design and development and campaign development and design/development for traditional media forms.

Production Director

Kristi brings a wealth of experience to the team, with a talent for blending creativity with strategy, and art with innovation. Her background includes design positions with President’s Choice Financial, Yew + Bamboo (as their senior designer), and as sole proprietor of Yoke Media. Kristi graduated with honours in Graphic Design from George Brown College. Her portfolio includes layout and photo sourcing for magazines, ad design and brand identity development for a number of diverse businesses, direct mail pieces, web development and design, print materials (including business cards, rack cards, media kits, packaging, and brochures), assistance on guidebooks and municipal maps for local communities, creation of an online business directory, and online magazine facilitation.

Marilyn’s employment in the editorial departments of major Toronto publishing houses evolved into work as a regular columnist and freelance writer for various newspapers and magazines. She has extensive experience in database development, community outreach, program development, government reportage, media relations, radio and print advertising copywriting, website maintenance, social media posts, and financial management. Her creative abilities are complemented by business experience in project coordination, management and board positions, and entrepreneurial undertakings. Her enthusiasm for literature is partnered by her love of music: a classical pianist, she continues to perform and collaborate with other musicians. As administrator of her husband’s art studio, she has created and marketed highly successful and innovative art shows and social events.

Barry Hartford has always enjoyed working with people, in his prior roles as a teacher, a retailer, and a sales representative. With hands-on experience in the building trades, Barry has a particular appreciation for the finer details of good construction and architecture, making him very attuned to the focus of HIDEAWAYS. His personal interests include music, art, and outdoor activities.

Robert began his photographic career in Toronto, apprenticing with advertising photographers before setting up his own studios, including a location in West Palm Beach. His successful career with high-profile clients throughout North America encompasses every aspect of the contemporary professional standards in digital photography.

Dennis spent the better part of his 33-year career in logistics in Northern Ontario’s mining sector. Dennis now applies his knowledge of transportation and shipping systems to keep our projects in-line and on-time.
