Creating Magic

Cabot Takes Your Game to Some of the Most Beautiful Places on Earth

With five locations in some of the world’s most majestic places, Cabot continues to set the gold standard for luxury residential, resort, and golf destinations. Each location offers a limited number of exclusive private residences or resort accommodations, peerless world-class golf, and a thriving resort village, in addition to being situated near a host of offsite attractions. The five jewels of the Cabot crown are Cabot Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, Cabot Citrus Farms in Florida, Cabot Revelstoke in British Columbia, Cabot Highlands in Scotland, and Cabot Saint Lucia in the Caribbean.

Forging Community

Cabot, a Canadian company, makes no bones about it: Their objective is to build golf courses that rank among the very best in the world. At the same time, their vision extends beyond golf, to include the luxury private residences and resort accommodations and facilities that form communities. By tailoring their offerings to each unique location, Cabot is able to make each destination a bespoke experience unlike any other in the world, while at the same time building communities that enjoy, support, and sustain one another, from residents and guests to service providers and employees. “Each one of our properties starts with an incredible piece of land,” says co-founder and CEO Ben Cowan-Dewar, “and we pride ourselves on being stewards of the destination and giving back to the communities in which we’re based.”

Those who own a private residence or visit a Cabot location regularly can expect to enjoy a shared passion for sport, an appreciation for camaraderie on the greens, and a welcoming but tight-knit environment at resort facilities such as dining establishments, fitness centres, and wellness spas, making every visit a reunion among friends.

The Courses

Cabot Cape Breton includes two World Top 100 golf courses, Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs, and a shorter, par-3 course, The Nest. Distinguished by Cape Breton’s iconic rugged coastal terrain and a view of the Atlantic from every hole on Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs, Cabot Cape Breton draws golfers from around the world and deserves a place on every golfer’s bucket list.

In a state famous for golf, Florida’s Cabot Citrus Farms stands out. A short 40 minute drive from Tampa, Cabot Citrus Farms features two 18-hole courses, Karoo and Roost, a 9-hole course, The Squeeze, and an 11-hole par 3 course, The Wedge. Karoo has a rugged aesthetic, wide corridors of play, and bold green contours. By contrast, Roost is a meandering course that progresses through a variety of landscapes, including flowering meadows and sandy, scrubby areas. Eschewing an overly manicured aesthetic, the courses at Cabot Citrus Farms lean into the natural beauty of Florida, typified by its flowering dogwoods and stately, moss-draped oak trees.

The third and most recent of Cabot’s North American offerings, Cabot Revelstoke promises to be one of a kind. Set at the base of Mount Mackenzie in Revelstoke, British Columbia, the 18-hole course, Cabot Pacific, will overlook the contours of the Columbia River and enjoy unobstructed mountain views at every hole. In keeping with the majesty of its setting, it will feature large greens, wide fairways, and bold bunkering. Cabot is thrilled to anticipate the opening in 2026 of Cabot Revelstoke, sure to be spectacular in design and in nature, and an ideal complement to the area’s world-renowned slopes.

At Cabot Highlands, golfers return to the birthplace of the game to experience golf “as it once was.” Characterized by the Scottish Highlands’ rugged, windswept landscape, the 18-hole Castle Stuart Golf Links follows the shoreline of the Moray Firth and includes both wide-open views and rumpled fairways. A breathtaking combination of the manicured and the wild, Castle Stuart promises to deliver the kind of golf that harkens back to a different era, in the best sense possible.
A second 18-hole course, dubbed Old Petty, is scheduled to open in 2025.

In idyllic Saint Lucia, golfers at Cabot’s Point Hardy Golf Club enjoy Caribbean beauty at its finest and unsurpassed achievement in course design. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the course travels the coastal cliffs and valleys of Point Hardy, adopting its cues from the natural topography at each hole and incorporating sandy beaches, rocky outcrops, and lush, verdant coves. As stunning an example as possible of course architect Bill Coore’s belief that golf exists in its purest form, “where open sea and land collide.”

A Place of Your Own

Cabot Saint Lucia

Cabot’s master-planned communities are designed by its architects to not only provide the ultimate in luxury accommodation, but also to reflect the tradition, tone, and landscape of the environs. For example, as befitting its mountain setting, Cabot Revelstoke, due to open in 2026, will feature The Residences, a collection of European chalet-inspired suites in the lee of the mountains. At Cabot Citrus Farms in Florida, two- and four-bedroom cottages reflect the architectures of traditional Southern living, with raised scissor-truss ceilings, large windows, and covered porches. In Cabot Saint Lucia, residents enjoy Caribbean villas with shaded patios and cooling infinity-edge pools typical of the tropical locale.

The Resorts and Villages

Cabot’s properties are designed to provide a wealth of options to occupy, entertain, and relax golfers, family members, and residents alike, from wellness facilities and fine dining to boutiques and fitness centres. As with the private residences, each Cabot property reflects its location, ensuring a unique experience that is reflective of the culture and traditions of the area. For instance, residents can gather at The Porch for a cold drink, a delicious slice of wood-oven pizza, and a friendly game of corn hole after a long day in the sun. Cabot Cape Breton offers the perfect place to unwind while watching the sun set over the ocean and dining on fresh Atlantic seafood and local Nova Scotia produce at any of three onsite restaurants. In addition to its onsite offerings, each Cabot location enjoys nearby access to incredible dining, shopping, sightseeing, and outdoor adventures along with locally based staff who have the knowledge, experience, and contacts to help you arrange your excursions.
